This legal notice governs the use of the website luisfranciscosoria.es and the mobile application PAI — Plan de Ahorro e Inversión (the “Service”), owned by Luis Francisco Soria Labaña.

2. Purpose
The Service offers digital tools for personal and family financial planning and tracking, including monthly and annual budget creation, savings challenges, calculation of the Financial Health Index and optional connection with bank accounts via Open Banking.
3. Terms of use
Accessing the Service implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to:
- Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with this Legal Notice.
- Provide truthful information when registering and keep it up to date.
- Safeguard their access credentials and notify any unauthorised use.
- Not perform actions that may damage, overload or impair the Service or prevent normal use by other users.
- Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to morality, good customs or public order purposes.
4. Minimum age
The Service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you declare that you are of legal age and have full capacity to contract.
5. Free version and Premium version
The Service offers:
- A free version with limited features.
- A Premium version with additional features, through a one-off payment whose price is indicated on the website. Purchases are made through WooCommerce with the WooPayments (Stripe-based) and PayPal gateways.
The user may exercise their right of withdrawal under the terms provided by Spanish consumer protection law, except where they have started to use the Premium features with their express consent, in which case they may lose this right under Article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act.
6. Informational nature — important notice
The Service is a personal financial management and planning tool with an exclusively informational and educational purpose. It does not constitute, in any case:
- Personalised financial, tax or investment advice.
- A recommendation to acquire, sell or hold financial instruments.
- Regulated financial intermediation services under the supervision of the CNMV or the Bank of Spain.
Financial decisions made by the user are their sole responsibility. Consulting a professional advisor before making important financial decisions is recommended.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
All content of the Service (texts, images, code, logos, designs, trademarks) is the property of the owner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
The reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of the content without express authorisation from the owner is forbidden.
The user retains ownership of the financial data they enter into the Service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The owner strives to keep the Service operational, secure and free of errors, but does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability of the Service.
- Absolute accuracy of the calculations derived from the data entered by the user.
- Compatibility with any device or browser.
The owner shall not be liable for damages arising from:
- Financial decisions made by the user based on the use of the Service.
- Failures of external providers (Webempresa, WooPayments, PayPal, Salt Edge, app stores).
- Misuse of credentials by the user or unauthorised third parties.
9. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The owner assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of such sites.
10. Changes
The owner may modify this Legal Notice at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication. If changes are substantial and affect contracted services, users will be notified by email.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile when the user has consumer status, or to the courts of Murcia (Spain) in other cases.
In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers residing in the EU have access to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
